Since I've been back to work and having to incorporate pumping more it's important for me to keep my milk supply up especially with Cora eating 4+ Oz at a time. I've been drinking it since Sunday and I've seen awesome results. Normally I can pump about 4-5oz in 30ish minutes. The first day I drank this I noticed that a let down would come faster and Cora ate for longer periods of time. Then i noticed I could pump 4oz in about half the time. Last night I pumped 8 Oz in 25 minutes and today I pumped 6.5 Oz in 15 minutes! The only con is that the sachets are reusable up to 3 times but you can really only get 2 good cups out of one so for 11.99 it's a little expensive.
