Meet Executive Chef John Ondo of The Ocean Course Food & Beverage team - a Charleston native with more than 20 years of culinary experience. Through his studies at the Culinary Institute of Charleston and working front-line at several well-known Lowcountry restaurants (Il Cortile Del Re, McCrady's Carolina's and most recently as the Chef/Owner of Lana), he has been able to hone his own approach to food.
