Traffic officer Hieu “Oklahoma” (kevktran) is one of the first new friends made as Chickie begins his journey. Proving to be a helpful guide and kind heart, Oklahoma provides a look into civilian life during the war. #TheGreatestBeerRunEver Director Peter Farrelly wanted the film to show the various perspectives of the war, the first of them being through the convivial nature of Oklahoma and the budding friendship between him and Chickie.
