Jandy Nelson’s beloved young adult novel #TheSkyisEverywhere has finally been brought to vivid life as an Apple Original Film on Apple TV+. “This was a chance to be very magical, but also very grounded in emotion,” explains director Josephine Decker of the eye-popping visuals that make up the heartfelt film. “A lot of the sequences were planned to be more full-on VFX, but I also pushed to do a lot more in-camera effects.”
