"After graduating from college, I wasn’t sure why God brought me back to my hometown, but I realized He was really bringing me back to my church family. Raised in Opendoor Church and a part of many Small Groups throughout the years, I can attest that there is something special about being in community with fellow worshipers. I used to think I didn’t have a testimony, but the fact that Small Groups have kept my faith steady through all seasons IS my testimony. As I step out and lead a Women’s Young Adult Small Group this semester, I pray that God uses me as a vessel to reach young women who have gone through or are going through things similar to what I’ve experienced myself.
