When I first started lifting I thought the only way to build glutes was to squat heavy π
I would get sooo upset when Iβd squat but I couldnβt even feel it in my glutes at all after awhileπ€·πΌββοΈ It took me years to figure out different exercises that I could really feel it in my glutes - here are some fun ones! What was really life changing for me was when I stopped just going through motions at the gym and I really, really started to focus on the exact muscle Iβm trying to activate and grow. Itβs easy to get sidetracked but stay focused during your workouts and they will pay off. -Cable straight leg deadlift into a squat
