Are you waiting till the new year or starting now?? There’s nothing wrong with New Year’s resolutions - I’m actually a big fan of them 🤗 but why wait if you can start now? [while the gyms aren’t packed to the brim]

Here, I’ll make it easy, start with this legs and booty workout 😉

Superset:
-Leg Extensions 4x12-15
-Jump Squats with resistance band above ankles

Superset:
-Standing Leg Curls 4x15 each leg (can sub for prone leg curls)
-Single leg DB straight leg deadlifts 4x12 each leg

Superset:
-Single Leg, leg press 4x10 - turn your body and place foot at a diagonal at the top and middle - you should feel it in the 🍑
-Glute hips thursts 4x15

-Smith machine straight leg deadlifts 4x15 - you may have to use some elevation (can use a step up/box/stacked plates) to get the full stretch

Superset:
-DB Lunges 3x10 each leg
-fire hydrants with resistance band 3x15 each leg
