LEMMEEEEE TELL YOU ABOUT LAST WEEK! I had my check ins today (swipe for pics) and I was pleased to see I made progress. I was sick allllll of last week and I rested A LOT. I listened to my body and I went to the gym when I felt good and had the energy to do so π― It happened that I only lifted 3 days and i was able to crush my weekly cardio into those days too. I ALSOOOOO had my thanksgiving feast and desert (can I get a hell yea? Hell yea) π¦ I went into this week understanding that my progress might stall because of the circumstances but I kept on track and gave my workouts and macro tracking my absolute all despite the weird week. AND FRIENDS I STILL MADE PROGRESS. (On the scale and in my progress pics)
