I have only been working out 4 days a week ☺️ This is almost crazy to me because in the past, especially during prep, I would stress out and feel like I wasn’t going to make it to my goals if I didn’t lift 5 days a week. Honestly, I think it caused my body more harm than good. Forcing myself to the gym when I was stressed and tired was probably not the best idea. I feel so much peace with myself being able to comfortably go to the gym 4 days instead of 5 or 6. AND I’M MAKING GOOD PROGRESS. Now, if I plateau I can strategically use that 5th lifting day in the future - but for now, I’m gonna take advantage of this progress and less stress that my body is absolutely loving. ✌🏼#LessIsMore
