I love posing ☺️ I used to hate it soooo much in the beginning. I found it hard to find resources on how to pose so I used to watch @indiapaulino on stage over and over again and just try to mimic her. After getting help from multiple coaches including the queen @caseysamsel_bikini my confidence with posing grew. I still pick myself apart with it and that’s what makes me improve.
