And THIS is why I come to Flagstaff to train. 1. Surrounded by baddies 2. A beautiful backdrop 3. Endless dirt roads I won’t go as far as to say this combo makes a 12-mile run at high altitude feel EASY, but it definitely makes it WAY more fun! I love training in LA too, but the lack of pro female runners there makes me a little lonely. So despite all the ❄️ I’m psyched to spend the next couple of months up here preparing for the track season!
