“How do you describe a superstar in this environment?” ⭐️ Wow. This is a question I really didn’t ask myself or anyone else when I entered the professional running world in 2015. Over the years I’ve learned what success looks like from so many women around me, both in the world of sport and outside of it. Most importantly, my definition of success is constantly evolving and I can see that definition shifting (albeit slowly) in our culture as well. I love this advice from superstar @carlaannharris and wanted to share it on #internationalwomensday as I know a lot of women are trying to figure out how to become superstars in their own fields.
