RECIPE
In a large bowl, mix:
3c rolled oats
1.5c chopped raw nuts/seeds- whatever you like!
1tsp salt
5 tablespoons of
@vitalproteins chocolate collagen peptides 🍫 🤤
Once your dry ingredients are mixed, add in:
1/2c melted coconut oil
1/4c date syrup, maple syrup, or honey
Bake at 350 for 20 min, stirring every 5-8min
This might not make my throat any less raw or my forehead stop pounding, but at least it got me out of bed for a while and made the whole house smell ahmazzzing!
P.s. this video was made BEFORE I got sick- I do NOT look this chipper right now! 🙃
