Something that is bringing me joy lately: braiding my hair and going on a bike adventure for 3+ hours 🚴🏼♀️
My favorite thing about cycling is how FAR I can go in a single ride. My longest run is typically about 13-15 miles. I’m up to 60 miles on the bike and still building!
I love how I can crush myself on the bike and wake up the next day feeling fine. It’s cool to see my whoop data agree with me. I’m seeing my HRV (indicator of fitness and recovery) increase and my recovery scores are in the green even when I’m biking and swimming hard. So cool!
