And that’s exactly how it went. 🏃🏼‍♀️🌧 ➡️ 💆🏼‍♀️ The new Normatec 3 by hyperice got here just before my race and it was exactly the upgrade I needed this weekend as my body was recovering from what I put it through in those 7.5 laps of hurdles and water jumps. I’ve been using Normatec for dynamic air compression since my college days at FSU, but the Normatec 3 is truly next level tech and I can actually feel the difference. It helps increase circulation, reduce swelling, and revive sore muscles so you can recover faster and get back to doing what you love! So grateful to have this tool so that I can check emails, hang out, or watch Netflix, all while making my legs feel fresh and ready for my next race which is in less than 2 weeks! #teamhyperice
