Steeple Academy: Trail Leg Drill!
This one is for all of you who have been DMing me “how do I get better at hurdles?”
First, let me just say I didn’t start hurdling till college. So high schoolers, you have plenty of time!
Second, I did drills for MONTHS before my coach let me actually jump over a hurdle for the first time. If it feels weird at first, don’t worry! It gets better!
Third, now I’ve been hurdling for years but I still practice these drills twice a week to stay sharp. There’s always room for improvement!
