I’ve been feeling good in all my workouts this month and feeling happy with my progress… then Tuesday I felt like 💩 in my workout. It wasn’t even a baaad workout I just felt like it wasn’t a progression from the week before and I felt tired.
It’s easy to say “having an off day in a training cycle is so normal!”
Buuuut it’s annoying when it actually happens. 😒
Just want you to know it happens to the best of us and it doesn’t really mean anything. That’s all!
