Let me show you my new favorite tool I use for eccentric training from go_exxentric! 💪🏼 This machine is called the K-box 4 and I know it looks a little funny, so I’ll show you how I use Flywheel Training for some squats and deadlifts. What’s the difference between Exxentric and traditional weight lifting? With the kBox, you work against the variable inertia of heavy steel flywheels, instead of lifting weights against gravity. The K-meter app tracks your data, giving you feedback on your power, output and more so that you can watch your progress as you get stronger and are able to handle more eccentric overload. 💪🏼 💪🏼 One of my favorite parts is the vest used to do squats because it straps around your waist, putting all the load into your hips and glutes, NOT loading your spine and back! 💯 While the K-box is most famously used for squats, there’s over 30 different ways to use this tool for strength training.
