Sand pit drills for strong runner feet!! You can do this in a jump pit at the track, sand volleyball court, or even a beach if you’re lucky! 🏖 If you can’t find sand, barefoot in the grass will work just fine. Here’s the drills: (everything barefoot) 1. Walking on the outside edges of your feet 2. Walking on the inside edges of your feet (press big toe down) 3. Walking on your heels, toes flexed up to the sky 4. Walking on your tippy toes, heels up 5. Mini hops, flicking your toes back behind you and rebounding quickly 6. Standing long jumps (see how far you can go! Be sure to fall forward!) I do these drills at least once per week as part of my foot rehab program. I used to do them all the time in college and then they slipped out of the routine over the years, but they’re BACK! And they are SO great for your feet! Get out of those running shoes once a week and do these exercises. Only takes a few minutes and has major benefits! 🦶🏻🦶🏾🦶🏼🦶🏿 #runnerfeet #footexercises #footstren...
