When it’s National Dog Day AND Women’s Equality Day… I’m obligated to strut down the street with my adorable doggo rocking my itzglitzgirlz InspirHeR hoodie! But really… today marks the adoption of the 19th Amendment which prohibits denying the right of US citizens the right to vote based on sex. While this did NOT allow all women to vote right away, and the fight for women’s equality STILL is underway in 2021, it’s a time to celebrate how far we’ve come and inspire us to keep working.
