Come as you are. 🏳️‍🌈 To any of my followers in the LGBTQ community, I hope you always feel proud to be your true self and always know you have so much love and support in this world. There’s a lot we can do to show our support during pride month and all year long. For example, fellow pro runner nikkihiltz is hosting pride5k in July to raise money for trevorproject. I just got my t-shirt in the mail and can’t wait to join this community to run to support LGBTQ youth. Other ways to support include educating yourself, putting your pronouns in your bio, not using stereotypes, being inclusive in your language and actions, speaking up, not letting friends/family make discriminatory comments or jokes, being vocal about your allyship.
