Usually when I’m at the pool I’m doing laps, so this was a luxury! 🧜🏼‍♀️ 🌴 Thank you civanaresort for hosting Kevin and me earlier this week for a couple days of R&R, which included yoga, spin, swimming, a sound bath, massages, and plenty of delicious and nutritious meals!
