For beet hummus, blend:
1 cooked beet
1 can chickpeas
Juice of half an orange
2 tbsp tahini
1/4 c olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper

For spinach hummus, blend:
3oz spinach
1 can chickpeas
1/4c olive oil
Juice of one lemon
2 cloves garlic
Handful of fresh parsley
2 tbsp tahini
Salt and pepper

All you need is a blender or food processor and this stuff is soooo addicting we go through a batch every other day!
