What kinda pace you think I’m running here? 🏃🏼‍♀️ I did a fun podcast episode with my friend emilyabbate for her podcast, hurdlepodcast all about the different kinds of runs/workouts out there. Long run, recovery run, intervals, tempo runs, threshold runs, speed workouts... so many options! What do they all meeeean?? The types of runs we talked about are applicable to any runner of any fitness level, ability level, or goals. We explained these runs in terms of Rate of Perceived Effort (RPE) on a scale of 1-10 instead of focusing on mile pace. I think it turned out great and hope it helps you all in your own training!
