TOMORROW, Sat 10/24 Join me and girlsontherunpdx for a 30 min at-home workout over Zoom. Girls On The Run (GOTR) is hosting a virtual 5k on Sat Nov 14th. If you sign up for the 5k and make a donation, you will get a link to tomorrow’s meeting over zoom which will start at 11am PST and will last 30 min (with some time for Q&A after). GOTR is an awesome organization that I’ve been involved with both in Portland, where I live, and in St. Louis, where I’m from. Your registration donation will provide scholarships to allow more girls to participate in the program next season, giving them the inclusive space they need to understand themselves and establish healthy relationships.
