My new favorite organizational hack is putting little organizer bins in the drawers and shelves of my fridge. It helps keep my produce sorted out so that I donโt end up burying an avocado that goes bad before it surfaces! ๐ฌ
Other tips:
๐ฅ Shop around the outsides of the grocery story, staying out of the aisles as much as possible. All the good stuff is on the outside edges- fruits and veggies, dairy, eggs, meat!
๐ฅ Pre-cook some of the things you use a lot that take a long time to cook, like brown rice or sweet potatoes, so that you can shorten your dinner prep time when youโre hungry!
๐ฅ If youโre trying to cut back on alcohol (to help improve recovery from workouts), try a kombucha instead! Still gives you that fizzy tart/sweet kick but without the side effects. ๏ฟฝ...
