Day 1 of runcation in Bend, Oregon: Am 7 mile run on the river followed by delicious brunch at Chow Pm hanging on a freaking perfect lake with the gang and watching Pie romp in the freezing cold water If the first day is any indicator, this is gonna be a very good month of relaxing and training. #traincation #runcation #runandfun
