Summer training is so important! 📣 Summer training can also be not very exciting/stimulating... My team wants to help with that! I can’t count how many times I have told young athletes about the importance of consistency in training. You can’t expect to have a solid cross country season without the base training to build off of and you can’t expect to have a successful running career without multiple solid seasons to build off of. Consistency is key but it is difficult to do, especially when a global pandemic has all of our plans derailed!
The ⚡️Bowerman Track Club ⚡️has created a 4 week digital training program led by some of the BTC pros and other experienced coaches. Athletes will meet digitally within smaller groups once a week to discuss training, ask questions, learn from coaches and other athletes, and so much more.
Topics will include core work, nutrition, injury prevention, tips from the BTC pros, and other skills you will need for a life...
