When I think about times I laughed and smiled and felt pure joy, a lot of them have been watching myfavoritepie explore her world. Dogs are so carefree and live in each moment in a way that we humans can only strive to. Having Pie in Park City with me is making this training camp so unique and so much more joyful. Instead of waking up to snow and thinking “Damnit, it snowed last night, it’s gonna be wet and cold for my run,” I thought “Oh my gosh, Pie! It snowed! Let’s go get bundled up and go out and play!” ❄️ Dogs show us that moments of joy don’t have to be anything big or fancy or expensive. They’re everywhere if you have the right mindset.
