Stretch with me! I’m definitely no expert in this area, so I’m bringing in someone who is! Tomorrow at 2pm PST (5 ET) I’ll be on IG live with the usaartisticswimming Coach, andreafuentes83 for a stretching session. Andrea has 4 Olympic and 16 World Championship medals in synchronized swimming for Spain. She is VERY flexible! But even if you’re not (like me), Andrea will take us through a short warmup and get our muscles moving and stretching.
