It’s the first
#MermaidMonday in March and I have a challenge for my mermaids! 🧜🏻♀️

Mermaiding in the afternoon a couple times a week has been part of my training regime for years now and I believe so much in the value of cross training for runners. If you are injured and can’t run, or can’t run as much as you’d like, cross-training is an awesome way to get more fitness without the pounding on your body of running.🧜🏻♀️
Whether it’s swimming or aqua jogging, getting in the water is good for the body and soul! 💦
