What a weekend!! This year I decided to take on a new challenge and do the 3k and 1500 double at USA Indoors. Pretty happy to come away with a podium finish in both 🥉🥈and still be feeling 100% healthy today (we did a 15 mile run this morning)! Of course I still wish I was coming home with a 🥇 but as my coach reminded me, this is HUGE progress for me. The experience this weekend and the strength I’ve built is going to pay off big time later in the summer when it really counts. Huge s/o to my #bowermababes squad who competed at USAs this weekend with me. We came, we ran, we conquered. And we had a ton of fun doing it! One more race left in the indoor season still!
