Tonight I’m racing in the bravelikegabe 1500m at the Sunset Tour in LA. As runners, I think the best thing we can do to honor Gabe’s life is to train our butts off then race our hearts out, leaving no doubt that we gave it our all, then give sweaty hugs and high fives at the finish line to recognize the effort that each athlete puts into their journey. This is exactly what I plan on doing tonight. Come out to Azusa Pacific to watch if you are in the area! Women’s 1500 is at 9:25. Watch on flotrack.
