LET’S TALK. I’m about to go on a bit of a rant about being serious about your goals. I want to preface this with, it’s okay to have times that you’re not as strict with your actions to get you to your goals. IF you understand that it’s going to take longer, or you might even stall or “lose progress” during that time. BUT if you have a GOAL and you really want to achieve it, you’ve got to crack down and decide to achieve. So let’s get to it... ————————————- We all have times where we’re motivated and want to work towards our goal, and then it gets hard. At that point, your dedication takes over for your motivation. This is when you want to say yes to fast food because it’s convenient but you don’t. This is when you can easily skip the gym cause you had a long day, but you don’t. ———————————— You should be happy to wake up and know this is yet another day that you can accomplish you goals. You should LOOK FORWARD to going to bed knowing you did everything in your power to accomplish you...
