Work on your mindset first! Before you go on a diet cause you “have” to lose weight, start making healthy decisions because you WANT to. Think back and remind yourself of Your WHY. Remember how good it feels to be healthy. Remember that nourishing food doesn’t mean it doesn’t taste good. Eat your favorite healthy meals. Move more because it feels good. If you don’t have fun lifting weights, don’t lift weights. If you don’t like running, don’t fckin run. If you like Zumba, go dance. If you like being out in nature, go for a hike or walk your doggo. If you like playing sports, go do it. This isn’t all about eating rabbit food and spending hours in the gym. If you get sick of something, try something new. It’s about being happy and feeling good!!
