Last night I had a dream that I went to a posing seminar and it “qualified” me to compete at the Arnold 😂😂😂 lol Update on my little inflammation problem: (Costochondritis) - if you missed my stories, I thought I was having bad heart burn that woke me up at 6am on Saturday morning. It got worse and it was hard for me to breath deeply and move certain ways - it felt like breathtaking stabbing pains. It didn’t go away so Sunday night I went to urgent care and they said I have severe inflammation and they basically said my ribs are stabbing me 😅 lol so they gave me a shot to reduce the inflammation, told me to take it easy and sent me on my way. I took the day off work Monday and just went to my classes and felt okay. I went back to work yesterday and it flared up again. (All I was doing was moving tubs of protein and a step ladder but I guess my body didn’t like it) I’m taking extra fish oil to help reduce the inflammation and t...
