Again and again I talk to people on extreme, restrictive diets and exercise plans that that absolutely dread. 0 carbs. 0 fat. An hour of cardio every single day. No caffeine. Fasting. No treat meals. Juice fasts. Liquid diets. 🤦🏼♀️ Miserable. ✨
The thing is extremes are easy and balance is hard. We like to do easy things. [believe me, I still haven’t mastered this whole balance thing but I’ve come v far] Most people on restrictive diets and fitness routines simply lack the knowledge to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
