Next letโs hear it for KKG! Kappa Kappa Gamma was founded in 1870 (they just celebrated their 150 year bicentennial and their 100 year centennial at Pitt) at Monmouth College. Kappa has three different philanthropies: National Eating Disorder Association, Boys and Girls Club of Pittsburgh, and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation. Their colors are light blue and dark blue to symbolize the sky and the sea, and the Kappa jewel is the sapphire. Their symbols are the golden key, the owl, and their flower is the Fleur-de-Lis. Their motto is โDream Boldly, Live Fully.โ Pitt Kappa has a house located on Bayard Street which houses many of its sisters.โ ๐๐๐ฆ#pittpanhellove
