Meet the sisters of Alpha Epsilon Phi! AEPhi National Sorority was founded in 1909 and the Nu Chapter at Pitt was founded in 1920. Our philanthropies are Sharsheret, which supports women with breast and ovarian cancer, and the Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF). A fun fact about AEPhi is that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a sister! Our President Elli says, “It’s hard to explain the feeling you get when you’ve found your perfect place. The best way that I can put it is that it’s a sense of comfort I find in every single one of my sisters and what our organization stands for. Our motto is: Many Hearts One Purpose. I feel that each of my sisters is incredible unique—we have different passions and backgrounds and goals—yet, we all come together to form the unbreakable bond of sisterhood.
