This upcoming Sunday is National Coffee Cake Day! To celebrate, try making this Coffee Cake French Toast on our Classic White Bread! Ingredients: Mixture - Naked Bread Organic Bare White Bread - 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract - 2 eggs - 1 cup of milk - 1 tablespoon of white sugar - 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon Filling - 1/4 cup of brown sugar - 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon Topping - 1/2 cup of white sugar - 1/8 teaspoon of salt, if using unsalted butter - 1/2 cup of flour - 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon - 4 tablespoon of butter Directions: In a medium bowl, make your french toast mixture and soak both sides of your Naked Bread for about a minute. Cook halfway and remove from stove. Make your filling and add it to one slice of bread. Add another slice on top. Make your topping and add to the top of your french toast sandwich.
