Achilles Update (Week 15).
I haven’t been updating my Achilles recovery journey as much as I would like to, so this will be the start of regular updates in my road to recovery!
As of right now, I’ve been cleared to begin squatting & deadlifting with weight, walking on the treadmill at various inclines and speeds (no jogging quite yet) and pool running and exercising (no kicking). The progress is being made and I still have a ways to go, but you know I’m going to do the work and keep pushing!
