I’m usually one to stick with the “old school” body building type workouts - I don’t do any crazy creative stuff but every once in a while it’s nice to change up different grips, different tempos, and learn new exercises. Here’s a few from today’s upper body workout ⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️
1. Shoulder presses - single arm, keep other are at 90 degrees and hold tension. 4x10
2. Bicep curls - reverse grip on the downward motion. Slow and controlled (you should feel this in your triceps) 4x12
3. Rear delt cable flys (Love these) 4x15
4. Cable upright rows 4x12-15
5. Standing Arnold Presses 4x15
