Something Iβve been working on is getting my water intake consistently up. Aim for at least a gallon a day! I struggle sometimes cause the day goes by so fast and by the time I think about water, my day is gone! Water is so important. If you drink more, it reduces bloating, clears up your skin, keeps you hydrated, gives you natural ENERGY, reduces brain fog and SO MUCH MORE. Anyone else struggle with this sometimes?? Somethings that I do to help me out are: carrying a gallon around (I know, so bro but idc), set alarms on my phone to remind me to drink and drink a full 8-10oz when I wake up, before meals and before bed.
