Are you “stuck with your diet?” Try this routine you haven’t already! - 1️⃣Download the app “My fitness pal” - 2️⃣Track your food for a week - 3️⃣Scroll to the bottom and press the nutrition button. - 4️⃣Scroll to the macros screen and view your carb, fat and protein intake for the last week. - 5️⃣ use a coach or macro calculator online and see if you’re close to the carb, fat and protein intake BY GRAM (not percentage) that they suggest for your current goal and lifestyle! - 6️⃣change up your diet to hit those macro (carbs, fats and protein) goals each day. - 7️⃣ Continue for 2-6 weeks and reevaluate your macros and repeat until you hit your goals!! - Any questions on this process??
