1️⃣Download the app “My fitness pal”

2️⃣Track your food for a week -
3️⃣Scroll to the bottom and press the nutrition button. -
4️⃣Scroll to the macros screen and view your carb, fat and protein intake for the last week. -
5️⃣ use a coach or macro calculator online and see if you’re close to the carb, fat and protein intake BY GRAM (not percentage) that they suggest for your current goal and lifestyle!

6️⃣change up your diet to hit those macro (carbs, fats and protein) goals each day. -
7️⃣ Continue for 2-6 weeks and reevaluate your macros and repeat until you hit your goals!! -
