🔥CUTTING UPDATE BELOW MY PRINCESS TALK🔥 I felt part princess, part 2 year old today 😂 It was my little cousin’s 2nd birthday and I decided to participate in the face painting. { I went to @traderjoes like this afterwords lmao } —- I have been much more structured these past couple weeks, pretty consistently hitting my macros that I’ve given myself and increasing calorie burning a little more. I have lost about 15lbs in the last 6 months which puts me at 137lbs (5’4’’) - 9lbs about my stage weight last year. My body image is very healthy, I feel energized, and my mental health is great. Taking this longer period of time off competing has been so so so hard for me cause I miss the structure, the discipline and the show date to look forward to. But this time off is SO worth it and I know it’ll benefit me in the long run. (p.s. try not to compare your weight to mine, we all have different bodies, muscle, structure, genetics, etc so comparing doesn’t do much except make us coo coo) ————-...
