I thought it’d be helpful to some of my fellow busy bees 🐝 if I posted some of my go to fast food options if I didn’t prep and I wanna stay on track :)

1. Taco Bell - Cantina Power Bowl : I get it with chicken and customize it based on my goal or macros. You can get it with double lettuce without rice to make it lower carb. Or take out the avocado to make it lower fat,etc. superrrr yummyyy too. ———
