οΈ I found myself taking way tooo much time between sets, 2 minutes can fly by if youβre checking your texts or chatting. Use your stop watch and only take 45sec-2minutes of rest between sets. βββββββββββββββββββββ
Depending on the intensity and amount of reps will decide how long the rests are. For a superset/triset or very heavy weight, you might need more time between sets. βββββββββββββββββββββ
Iβve found this to be very effective to get more done, sweat more and keep my heart rate upπ€ if you guys have any tips to keep the β€οΈ rate up during your workout drop it below β¬οΈ P.S.
