WELP I LOOK REALLY TIRED πŸ˜… - Here’s a tip to intensify your workouts: ➑️Time your rests in between sets⬅️ I found myself taking way tooo much time between sets, 2 minutes can fly by if you’re checking your texts or chatting. Use your stop watch and only take 45sec-2minutes of rest between sets. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Depending on the intensity and amount of reps will decide how long the rests are.
