2014➡️2018 . So so so so much difference between these photos mentally and physically (and peep nick’s gainz too woof 🤤😍) . I have gained so much confidence in these last 3-4 years. SO much self love. On this journey, I’ve learned that without self love, you can make NO progress because you’ll NEVER be happy if you do not love yourself. . I’ve learned so much about training, lifting, nutrition as well. I am so excited to continue to learn and progress mentally and physically. I’m enjoying this process so much!! .
