I have never had the worst skin but I’ve also never had the best skin (except when I was like 11 lmao I miss that 😂) I also have NEVER gotten compliments on my skin! These past two weeks, people have been asking me my skin care routine so I thought I’d share what I’ve changed. .
First, I truly think being consistent with drinking my Apple Cider Vinegar and more water has helped with my skins complexion. .
Second, I changed my face wash and added a revitalizing serum. I use “Purify Me” as my face wash post workout and “Revive Me” immediately afterwords. (Not in the video) I apply “Protect Me” from Fré prior to working out. .
I still have a bit of redness in my cheeks by my nose but my skin is much smoother and I get less breakouts. .
