#tbt 😌 I loved this photo shoot with @paigeoverturf - I’ve been thinking about scheduling a photo shoot, I think it’s a great way to have a goal date to work towards without having a competition date. - I took a rest day from the gym today but I did yoga at home and it felt AMAZING. I really want to incorporate it more often. It’s so relaxing and it feels so nice to stretch.
